Categories: Dairy
Yield: 6 Servings

3tbYogurt
1 1/2cPowdered milk

Pour warm water (100F) in the blender and turn on low speed; add powdered milk slowly. Blend until smooth. Add yogurt and blend a few more minutes. Pour into jars or glasses. Place jars neck deep in 100 F water. Cover pan with lid. Set on yogurt maker or any warm place. It should be set in 4 hours. Chill immediately when set up. Keeps in refrigerator up to one week. The longer yogurt sets in the refrigerator, the more pronounced the flavor becomes.
